Male Hot Flashes at 75yrs old

Everyday at about the same time in the early afternoon I begin to feel hot, my ears burn, I almost feel like I have a slight fever but no pain or other symptoms except I feel flush for about 3 hours.  I used to get this same problem when I was 20 to 30 years younger but blamed it on smoking, drinking coffee at the office and general stress.  What's the reason now?

I had my testosterone level checked by my doctor who said it was "normal" for a man my age.  I'm not so sure.  My level is 331.  What does this mean to you?
