Male pelvic muscle spasams causing multiple concerns?

Some of my symptoms seem to be pointing at a common area to investigate, whats your opinion?

I have had some discomfort in my left side, I think its my intestine moving waste through. Usually one does not sense this as it happens naturally and smoothly. Mine has been painful off and on for about 2 years. Some days are worse, most are bearable.
I have also had some penis pain. I think its my urethra. It feels like its concaving on itself while retracting into my body, while my penis stays outside. I recently started waking up with extreme rectal pains that only happen at night.
I am now looking at a muscle group in the pelvic area as the cause of these and other pains I have been having.
More to follow, as requested.
Thank you

I have been scanned and tested for stones, nothing found there. I have done two 24hour urine collections. nothing worth mentioning there either.

I had a hernia repair about 20 years ago.

My pain symptoms seem to be in one place, my abdomen. The muscle groups in this area could be strained, spasming or doing something on their own as I seem to have no control over them.
