Red glans on penis, especially after sex/masturbation

I have had a redness to the glans of my penis for just over 1 month now.  For the past two weeks I have also had some UTI-like symptoms.  They seem to have cleared up for the most part, but I still have this strange frequent urination problem and it is worse in the evenings.  I am drinking a lot of water right now, but still seems like my bladder hurts when laying down in the evenings.  I have had some burning while urinating, but very mild and not anymore.  Early on when I went to the doctor, about 3 weeks ago, I was given 500 mg of Cipro, also tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea while I was there with a swab.  Results were negative, did the 10 days of Cipro and strangely enough that seemed to be when the UTI symptoms kicked in, after the antibiotic.  Anyway, what I am left with is frequent urination, dribbling after urination (doesn't all come out) and a slight redness to the penis glans on the head.  They get much redder after sex or masturbation.  My wife doesn't seem to have any issues at all.  The glans on the penis also seem very rigid, like trenches running through vertically to the urethra opening.  Urologist didn't seem to concerned, although it doesn't look that bad while not hard so not sure if he gave it a good enough look.  He did give me Nystatin/Triamcinolone Acetonide cream to use for 2 weeks, but hasn't seemed to change anything.

Everything seems different now, even ejaculations and I don't want to give my wife anything, but I have been tested, it's been the same symptoms, mostly, for over 30 days now.  I have also red horror stories of dudes on here dealing with this redness, and probably other symptoms, for years and can't seem to get any help.  I have pics, but I don't know how to share them on here.  Any help, please?
