My foreskin tip is surrounded by a nerve which prevents my penis to come out.

i am 21 now..i can masturbate without takin my penis out of foreskin.earlier i thought i was a natural problem of foreskin being tight which may take some time to loosen...but now i learnt that my foreskin tip is surrounded by a nerve when i forcedly taken my penis out under non arousal condition one day..i saw a bulge surrounding that penis tip to be a nerve which made it very difficult to close the penis to normal state as it was hard to move the skin with nerve to cross that bumpy part...at tat time it was difficult and penis couldn't arouse as nerve was tight and somehow then i closed d foreskin after a day of hard effort with pain...then only i realised it was a nerve..after that i stopped trying to take my penis out of foreskin.. now my problem is my penis should become normal as others with loose and nerve problem shuld be solved.can i solve it on myself own..how can i..help me...or shud i meet a urologist? or neurologist or a sex doctor..going to a sex doctor at tis age.. i think it ll shameful.. or shud i meet a normal physician..1 more info i used to do circling my penis tip at my early days maybe during my 16 or 17 for my pleasure..is tis a reson for the nerve to b surroundin the penis..pls help me.

There is nothing to be ashamed off.
You have done nothing to make this condition happen.  It is not a unique problem and many men do have a tight foreskin.

The problem is corrected when a boy is fairly young and has problems with urination.

Like bobdylan958 suggests make an appointment to see your doctor.  He will refer you to the correct specialist if this is needed.

Best wishes.
