Is it a UTI or a yeast infections?

I have been using my hot tub lately now that its been getting colder outside.  Within 2 days each time I've used it, I've woken up with a small white discharge from my penis that usually lasts about a week then it goes away.  Never have any pain associated with it, just a little itching around the urethra.

Back in June, I had what felt like a sinus infection coming on and I took some Zythromax a friend gave me.  I took two a day for about 8 days until it was gone. Not long after, my body went to crap.  I found out that they pills were 1g each and I had taken way too much.  I started feeling bloated all the time, suddenly had food allergies I had never had, pains in places that had only minimally bothered me in the past, and a case of thrush in my mouth that made my days miserable.  I feel that I'm coming back slowly, but this discharge thing is really annoying.  I've read a lot about Candida Albicans and I'm starting to wonder if I've totally messed up my systems natural state.

I'm one of those typical guys that hates going to the doctor for just something that comes and goes.  Any thoughts?
