There's no way to determine exactly how tall someone will be. There are some theories, but no exact science.

There's one that takes into account the parents' height, but your parents' heights were affected by diet, so that might not be accurate. We'll skip that one.
Another one is to double a boy's height at age 2. You don't list yours, but if we just go with 90 cm, since it's between your height at 1 and 3, you'd be 180 cm, which is close to what you are now.
However, you are 15 years old. There's no way to know what will happen. You could hit a growth spurt in 6 months or a year and gain another 10 or 15 cm. Or not. Next time you see your doctor, you could ask. They have ways of guessing, too, but it's also a guess.
The external conditions affect a lot of the growth as well so of course, it is not one hundred percent based on your genetics. Like @auntiejessi said, there is one calculation based on your parent's height but if you do some streching, sleep regularly and have a healthy diet, you have a potential to grow up to 185 cm.
