My left leg is numb?

Hello im a healthy 14 year old male. I've had this numbness in my left leg (frontal side of the ankle). It came out of nowhere yesterday afternoon, and its not going away. its been about 24 hours since i noticed the numbness. I feel no pain whatsoever, but im starting to get a little worried. I havent really gone out or has done any sports in the past week.
I have never had any serious injuries to my leg in the past.
Thank you :)

If you are wearing shoes that lace make sure you're not making them to tight! that will pinch the nerve.

It sounds like a pinched nerve. But the only way to find out for sure is to see your Dr.
