NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!......Possible Male Yeast Infection?????

To start off, I'll give some background to my situation then describe my problem. I'm straight, in my early 20's, and uncircumcised. I've been having protected sex recently with this one girl. I've been totally careful and I am a very strong believer in using protection every time. Anyways, I had another visit with this girl last week (Wednesday, Aug 29th) in which we had protected sex as usual. The sex consisted of protected intercourse and I received unprotected oral from her. I believe on Sunday Sept. 2nd, I started having a slight burning sensation at the tip of my penis when I pissed.  I didn't think anything major of it, I thought it was just some raw irritated skin (seeing as how the head of my penis became uncovered while sleeping thus making friction to the sensitive area.) I was hoping that it would just heal up and the irritation would stop. Unfortunately, it did not.....the sensation didn't go away and on about the 3rd or the 4th it seemed I developed an itching sensation at the head of my penis that was almost all the time. I noticed that at the very opening of my penis it was a little red. Yesterday, (the 6th) seemed to be the worse, the itching/"burning" sensation at the head of my penis wouldn't go away. I took some Airborne (the alka-seltzer like fizzy medicine you take for colds) knowing that it had lots of Vitamin C and was hoping that would help boost my system to fight off whatever this was. I couldn't really tell if it helped throughout the day. Before I went to sleep last night, I took some amoxicillin, hoping that it would do the same thing I thought the Airborne would do (knowing now that the amoxicillin might have not been the best thing exactly). I lost sleep from the discomfort I'm experiencing, and it was even worse that I became stiff while sleeping (like every guy usually does). When I woke up this morning the discomfort and the slight burning sensation while pissing was still there. Throughout the day it seemed as if the discomfort/"penis pain" would come and go. However, it did feel a little different today. I didn't happen to take a **** at work until towards the end of my shift. When I did though, I checked it out to see the status of my problem. I found that the foreskin that covers the head was now a little swollen and "puffy" if you will. There was a little bit of yellow crusted stuff towards the opening of it (yeah, when I saw this I became light headed). I cleaned that off and noticed there was a slight smell that was a bit "yeasty" (I think). I proceeded to pull the skin back from my head and noticed very few little bumps with "white tips" (at this point, I'm scared). So I did my business with pissing still feeling that slight burning sensation. I came home and took a shower with the pain still there. As I'm writing this it feels like my penis is itching and a little burning. I did some research online and found that male yeast infections have symptoms just like the ones I've been experiencing. I've literally been praying to God that this isn't a STD. I don't really know how it could be one seeing as that I've been having protected sex. I mean yeah, I did receive oral from this girl but it wasn't the first time I've received it from her. We did make out before the sexual acts (as usual) took place, and I have not experienced anything on/in my mouth (i.e. cold sores, herpes). Between the last time we had our sex (Aug. 29th) and the time I started feeling stuff (Sept. 2nd), I even masturbated a few times without feeling anything out of the ordinary.

I'm really worried about this whole situation and I just want myself to be back to where I used to be. Any Insight/Comments/Suggestions to help me out would be greatly appreciated. On a side note, I currently don't have medical coverage (yeah, great for me) and would prefer not to pay outrageous fees at the doctors....so if you have any methods that involve anything else to get rid of this would be great. I've never been to a planned parenthood clinic, and I have never been checked.

Thanks So Much,
The Guy in Need of Help ASAP

Thank you for your comments, they have brought some relief to my mind. The amoxicillan I took came from my home, It's a prescription that my mother has....it looks to be just run of the mill, ordinary amoxicillan and I've taken it before (mid last month) when I had a cold (my mother advised me it would be alright to just take them) and nothing bad has happened from it. About the doctor thing, I don't have any medical insurance currently. So, if I did happen to make an appointment, I'm sure it would be very costly, not to mention the prescription medication that they would prescribe me would also probably be pretty expensive. Seeing as how I can't really go to the doctors, Is there anything I could do aside from just drinking cranberry juice and eating certain foods to help rid this thing??

Also, here is a little update to this situation.....Since last night, I have kept the thought that this is just a yeast infection in my mind. In doing so, last night, I applied some miconazole (i guess the same thing as monistat 7) to the outside of my penis. It seemed to bring some relief to the area. I had a better night of sleep last night also....I don't know if the miconazole had anything to do with that. When I woke up it seemed to be the same routine but not as much bad pain I had before. After reading up on male yeast infections online, I learned what is good to eat and what isn't. So, for lunch I decided to have some california roll sushi (rice, cucumber, avocado, and crab (< i think)), some healthy pure cranberry juice I found, and half a can of mixed lightly salted nuts. I stayed away from eating any sugars, which I read aren't good for this.

Again, I thank you for your comments....any other insight/comments/suggestions by you or anyone would be highly appreciated.

ok I am a nurse and I will try to answer your questions. If you had protected sex everytime, with this girl and any other women before I highly doubt it could be an STD. You are uncircimcised therefore your penis is in a constant state (most of the time) of a warm, dark moist enviroment, hence, perfect place for yeast or any other type of bacteria to grow, next if it burns when you urinate you could have a urinary tract infection, drink cranberry juice, call you doctor and make an appointment. Where did you get the amoxicillan from. I wouldnt suggest taking antibiotics that were not prescribed to you. hope everything works out ok, next.. maybe you have some type of reaction to the condoms you used, bottom line, I do not think this is an STD but I do think it warrents a trip to the doctor.
