Rebooting advice

Im 19 almost 20 and i have been watching porn since i was 13 but I recently stopped last December 12 2011,, I havent PMO since but I rebooted before which only took a month but now I'm still rebooting. I sometimes get stressed out by not knowing that I can't get an erection or morning wood.

My question is will it take a month of january to reboot like it did my 1st rebooting process ?

Thanks so much for the advice & support but I have noticed some change since I stopped watching porn, I get erections but they don't seem to last long like they use to but I'm still very positive and when i feel stressed I inhale and exhale to reframe from getting stressed.

I'm now on day 29 of NO PMO, how much longer do I have to go to fully be back to normal

I can only assume that when you say your "rebooting"; your referring to decreasing your psychological tolerance for visual sexual stimulus. If I' am correct in my interpretation of "rebooting'"; then your on the right path. But instead of just cutting out porn, you should try to "re-train" your mind to be psychologically stimulated by simpler sex acts. If you 'fantasize' about simpler more true-to-life sexual experiences instead of watching porn; you will become aroused by a much broader range of stimulus. When your mind responds to less; your body will do the same.

Stress and anxiety can have a dramatic effect on erection quality and reduce the amount of spontaneous and nocturnal erections you experience. You have to realize that if your constantly worried or stressed by thinking about such things during your waking hours, then you don't really give yourself much of an option but to do the same while your are sleeping. Try to be happy and have positive thoughts about yourself and remember the more erections you have and the longer they last (with in reason) the healthier your penis will be; and you'll be back to having nocturnal erections in no time.
