Strange bump(s) on penis head

21 Y/O male, 5'7", 216 lb, white male.

I have recently noticed I have a raised area on my penis glan that looks like a crescent, that when I stretch the glan skin appears to be a set of reddish-white bumps. While I would not say they hurt, if I rub over the area there is a clear difference in texture and height, and it has a slightly different sensitivity then the rest of the glan. My glan is relatively wrinkly, and I have only had one sexual partner in the last 6 months which only preformed oral sex on me.  I do masturbate quite frequently (1-4 times a day) and over the past two months have taken to using Eucerin original healing lotion as a lubricant and I am not sure if this could be irritating it a bit.

I think I may have had this bump for years but my memory is not the best, and I'm just curious what it appears to be/ If I should be concerned.

NSFW images of penile glan: (White area near corona is some Clotrimazole as I have had some itchyness in a small section of it that has gone down a good bit after applying it.)
