Over masturbation

Hello, To start off this is about my penis size..I started masturbating when I was 9yrs old since that time my penis size hasn't grown much at all..even through puberty. I'm 25 now. I can now say that I've been over-masturbating since that period..I've been reading online about this and the symptoms are clear and I've had them for the past 15yrs. It's hard for me to concentrate, my penis hangs about 2.5 inches, erect 5.5 inches my testicles are still the same size as they were at 9. I have taken breaks 1-3 months throughout the years but not much. During these breaks I noticed that my testicles swell in size and my penis actually got larger. The last time I took a break was 3 yrs ago. I stopped for 3 months. During this time my measurement was 7.5 inches..since then I've fell into old habits and it's back to 5.5. I would like to know if me over masturbating pretty much all through puberty and the growing ages stopped my penis and testicles from being what it could have been had I not masturbated? Will my penis ever grow to what it's supposed to be from genes? My understanding is that your body grows through puberty but due to my masturbating problem I received very little growth in the man dept...Am I just totally screwed now or what?

I don't think you're recalling back to when you were 9 correctly, I find it hard to believe that a 9 year old would have a 5.5 inch erection.  Not calling you a liar or anything, just that you may be remembering wrong, if you were 5.5 inches when you were 9 then you were a very early developer and thats why you won't have noticed much increase in size.

The reason I say that I've haven't grown much is because I've been measuring my penis every 2 months since 9yrs old (that's another story). I was 9 when I caught my first erection due to me stumbling upon a certain video genre in the house soon became addicted after that. (I didn't start ejaculating until 11 or 12). I noticed the size of these males on the videos and became curious about myself. First measurement I took at 9 yrs old and that was 5.5 inches when erect.  I've noticed I've gotten thicker girth wise a little but just a little. Around 13 i started masturbating more frequently sometimes 3-4 times a day until my penis was actually sore and shriveled into my pelvis. The soreness from these strenuous activities lasted for days. I also walked in on my father shaving his pubic area around that time. He was pretty well endowed at least 4.0 to 4.5 flacid.  Certain memories stick with you forever and this is one of those for me. In 2007 I asked my 2 brother's to measure themselves with a tape ruler. My older brother is one year older than me and my younger brother is 1 yr younger than me...my older brother was 8.5 inches while my younger brother was a little above 8. I was shocked. As I stated in my first post I measure 2.5 flacid..I don't know if I can really say flacid because my penis feels hard and shriveled most of the time..If I take a break for 1 month I notice that the hardness goes away and it truly becomes flacid..at this point it measures 3 inches from the base. but due to my addiction I've never truly recovered..I've read online and it says that it takes 3-4 months to recover from this..I've did 3 months before and my penis actually did grow. But up until now I've started back up shortly after that thinking I was ok. I think I was tricking myself thinking that I'll return to normal as soon as I stop but I can't. Until Now..All the reading online about this has got me scared to death.During that 3 month break I was 7.5. Does that mean that that's my actual size or can I get bigger with more recovery time? I've only measured that 7.5 inches that one time from the base of my penis. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I know research is still being conducted on these matters.

You claim that your penis hasnt grown much at all since you were 9, yet you claim you're 5.5 inches when erect?  Your penis probably has grown but you just haven't noticed, its such a gradual change that most guys don't notice.  And 5.5 inches is about average or maybe even above average erect size (I'm sure average is about 5 inches).  As for the masturbating making your penis smaller, I think thats unlikely, however, your testicles I'm not so sure about, I have heard that a while without ejaculation causes the testicles to be bigger, but how much truth is in this I don't know.

This over masturbation has seriously effected my social skills. I notice that after I masturbate I seem to become anxious and pretty much scared to interact at all ie: I go to a club and just freeze up stiff like I'm scared or something..I know this is probably some kind of nervous system issue. It's hard for me to think logically I go through depression spurts and most of the time I'm in a daze just really lethargic. Usually if I stop for a couple weeks everything returns to normal and I'm more calm and myself. I didn't go to my Prom or any other High School dance due to this..Life is passing by. I'm not a bad looking guy and I have females approach me but due to this nervous problem I'm unable to communicate with them much.
