I have black spots on the base of penile shaft
Hello. I have about 5-6 black spots in the base of my shaft. They're not itchy or anything. It's just one day they're there and they never left. They range in size but probably not bigger than a small zit. I'm quite concerned about what these are cause I've never had them before.
