Hello, I m 30 yo unmarried male. I never have sex but masturbated during my teen age. Post teenage I m facing a problem related to ejaculation. Post excitement and erection my penis ejects some water color (transparent) sticky liquid around one drop. Is there any issue with my sexual health? Kindly suggest!
