Pain in left testicle and left leg

For a couple of weeks now I have an occasional (couple of time per day and it lasts 10-30 minutes) but not insignificant pain in left testicle and along left leg. I haven't been doing any heavy lifting recently. Last heavy lifting (if that could be called "heavy") I did was at the end of August. Don't have any other symptoms or nuisance. Erections are ok. Could it be hernia or some bacteria in testies?
