Pain in my right testicle and lower abdomen

Hi, last time when I tried mastrubation I had a intense pain in my right testicle & in my lower abdominal section just before climax so I had to stop as the pain was intense .The pain in my testes disappeared after sometime but the pain in my lower abdomen didn't disappear and constantly paining even wen I walk. I thought I have over worked my pc(kegel exercises). Then once the pain subsided last night I tried mastrubating again to confirm the issue is resolved but the problem still persist.so I went to check with a doctor he said it s stones but he never told me to undergo a ultrasound scan and he gave me medication but I still doubt what will be my problem. Moreover when I pee I don't find any problem it s normal no burning sensation or painful discharge.

Usually when you have kidney stones your kidneys will hurt. I think you should see a different Dr. It could be a hernia. When a Dr thinks you have kidney stones they will usually do some kind of scan to see if that's the problem or not.

The doc whom I visited was an urologist. He confirmed it s not heria but the thing s without scan how come he was so sure that I have stones which is what my concern is. Also I do have a doubt how do hernia affect my sex life, cuz the pain is worse when I near climax during mastrubation.
