Penile discharge with bad odor

I have been experiencing penile discharge almost daily for the last couple of months. It is usually thick with a slight yellow colour. It always has a bad odor. The penis head occasionally becomes itchy too but that doesn’t happen all the time, just most of the time. There’s also discolouration on the penis head - white, grey and purple colours.

I’ve also found blood stains in my underwear although that has only happened about 3 times.

It started happening approximately 7 months after I was last sexually active so I’m not sure if it’s possible for it to be an STD or not.
I’m not confident enough to get t checked by a doctor unless I knew it could be serious.

With that color and smell, it could be gonorrhoea. Get tested for that to confirm.

All the best,
