Penis Question/Please Help

Hey. I dont Know any other way to say this than i have a little bit of a resish rash on my penis. Dry skin forms over it and just comes off again and same thing happens over and over. I am wondering if this is from masturbating or a rash. I have never had sexual intercourse or nothing. Ive never had sex. Please let me know. It itches some times, really bad and i dont have the nerve to ask my doctor. I feel too embarassed.

ok. i have noticed a few new things such as liquid laundry detergent um the soap might be it(i normally use axe bodywash). do you know where i could get some of that creame?

A rash is just a rash, no matter where it is on your body.  It is silly to be embarrassed just because it's on your penis.  You cannot cause a rash by masturbating, so you don't have to mention that to your provider.  Stop screwing around and get medical care.  You'll never get a clear answer online.
