Penis - burning sensation mainly after ejaculation

Hoping someone can assist me on my issue here, at its becoming a bigger concern. I am a 27 year old male.

I had unprotected sex with a female around the beginning of June and shortly after I noticed a mild burning sensation when I  ejaculated. I knew this was likely to be some kind of STD as a result, (I had been diagnosed and treated for non-specific urethritus 2 years earlier) so proceeding to get an appointment with my GP.
He prescribed a 10 day course of Doxycycline 100mg capsules which I took as prescribed. I returned to the doctors as my symptoms persisted. I gave a urine sample (which was tested for such infections) and also the penis tip swab test which all came back

I think for myself its friction irritation that once ejaculation occurs and the sperm make contact with the irritation this is what make it sting.

I agree with everyone here.

I don't know if I am dehydrated or not or whether it is impacting this sensation. The sensation only comes after masturbating and will last about thirty minutes. 5 minutes after masturbating it will feel like I have to pee. After I urinate it begins to burn and it will give me the urge to either pee several more times (with barely any urine coming out) or masturbate again. This sensation happens maybe once per month, but has been happening for over 6 years now.

Along with the sensation comes a feeling like I have to make a bowel movement, but can't do it. My body will feel like I need to sit there and take number 2, but nothing comes out and nothing was even there. So I sit here with a bowel movement and burning sensation in my urethra. I wonder if it's a prostate problem.

I remember when I was younger before I ever masturbated that I had this feeling before. I kept running to the bathroom to urinate and never could. The burning was so painful and frustrating. It never happened again until I began masturbating again. It seems like an unbelievably common problem though, and maybe we won't have cancer or a tumor. Maybe it's just an irritation from a blockage of prostate fluid or something.

I have had these pains too after an orgasm. I've actually have had them from day one. Drs say in some people its just the way your body is. I've been with 2 men both of of which I married. No stds. Its your body. Body's handle things differently with who the person is. I was told I will deal with this forever. I then was put on pain meds for it which I would never recommend for they r addicting. Good luck to you all.

I have had this same problem for years. I also notice it more while drinking. It is a relief to see that I am not the only one. I usually just try and tough it out, but it is getting old. Thanks for all the tips.

I've had this problem for 20 plus years, the only thing that works for me that I'm suprised I havent seen mentioned is eating after ejaculation, dosent have to be alot or matter what it is, sometimes I just have a bowl of cereal. Works every time. I drink alot so ive got it down to a science. Give it a shot next time, wont hurt to try.
