I'm 40, reasonably gym fit and have a wife and always felt bisexual.
About 10 days ago I travelled away with a male work colleague, he is 20 and gay and said he was recently tested and clear. To cut to the chase we had sex of sorts in the hotel room, oral and play. We came close to penetrative but stopped ourselves, so no sexual intercourse. I remember he spat on my penis for lube and our penis's touched.
The following day we travelled back home on the train together (Tuesday), my penis/scrotum area felt different and uncomfortable.
I completely panicked and on the way back bought antibiotics online for Chlamydia and Gonnohera (stupid I know). Suprax (Cefixime) and Azithromicin. They arrived Thursday and I took them straight away.
It's now been 11 days since I took them and I have this constant low dull pain in my scrotum and pelvic area.
My groin area generally feels much more sensitive than normal and its started to feel like its also in my anus as well.
I thought the pain had gone altogther 4 days after taking the antibiotics, stupidly again I masturbated. Since then it seems to have come back.
I'm awaiting the test results from the free supplied follow up urine test to see if its all clear for Chlamydia and Gonnohera which I suspect it will be.
I don't know what to do now, I read online it could be Prostatitis but need some advice.
Also, may be unrelated, but I have suffered before from piles but a new treatment last year call Ultroid cleared them. I noticed yesterday that I have a large external pile on my anus (definitely a pile and nothing else) so I used a cold ice pack on this area and the groin pain went away.
I'm circumcised if that makes any difference.
The pain is hard to explain other than its uncomfortable and just their when it shouldn't be.
I'm also feeling I need to pee a lot more than often as well.
Obviously not having sex until this is all sorted out.
