Phimosis

Hi, I am a 16 year old Male. Since i was 13-14 ( when I first started masturbating) i noticed my penis wasn't normal looking and I've recently heard of phimosis, I've searched everywhere looking for ways to cure it because I am scared to deat about circumsision. I have tried sticking my finger in my foreskin and moving it around stretchng the skin for about 2 weeks now and i can pull my foreskin back eough to reveal the tip of my head, after that it starts to pain. Should I continue doing this? or do something else? My penis is around 4.5 inches, when i reveal my head will it grow some more? Im pretty sure I'm done pubert becauseim 6'1'' and havent grown in a year and have hair under my armpitts and pubes, is my penis done growing? HELPP please :):(

I'd discuss the question with a urologist.  As far as length is concerned, it isn't the size but what you do with it that counts, to the ladies.  But if the phimosis is hurting you, see the doc.  This will NOT be the first time the doctor has had this question, and it might cheer you up to have a professional tell you a) if you even have a problem b) if there are things to do or stop doing.
