Possible UTI

Hi ive been watching porn since I was like 12 and have been masturbating since then. Well over 10 years ago it no longer felt pleasurable. I have since then kept a tissue under my penis because I get leakage. So like 20 years later I am dealing with an inguinal hernia. The other week I was having online chat with a girl and she slowly started to undress. I ejaculated immediately. I am certain I have PE as well, as this has been happening over the last few months, I cant last long enough to masturbate, if I started then I would be over soon. Not that I can last long anyway.

Since I ejaculated then which was like a week and a half ago, I have constantly felt like I want to urinate or even ejaculate. This is causing me serious distress. I am worried that I have done some damage to myself, and also the effect it will have on my hernia op which is less than a week away.

I have never had sex, so cant have contacted a disease from anyone, its a mystery to me. I now feel like I want to ejaculate so I can get rid of the feeling, because I did twice since, both from hardly playing and pretty much just watching.

Im waiting on the doc for results of a urine sample, but I dont think I will find out before my surgery. Maybe also the hernia could have somehow caused this problem.

Hoping someone could share some insight as I am extremely worrie

And when I did twice since (I forgot to mention) I didn't feel the problem for a short while
