Post Circumcision Swelling

I had a circumcision last Monday. All appeared well but during sleep I've woken with pain from erections, last night was the worst, several times. After bathing today I've noticed an area where the suture is loose, the skin is puffed out somewhat and that area hurts. Also the shaft just beneath the penis head appears more swollen now than before, toward the base it appears normal, the swollen area is rigid to the touch, although not painful. I am going to call the Dr. tomorrow (not sure if the office has Saturday hours), but my concern is whether this is an emergency type problem. Monday is a holiday, and if I do have a major problem waiting until Tuesday would make things worse. If anyone can help, or has ideas how to reduce sleeptime erections, (I've tried sleeping on my side in the fetal position), I would be most appreciative. I will never take this organ for granted again. Thanks.

Hey thanks, no fever thankfully, but today the area feels more irritated, they didn't give me antibiotics, but mentioned the possibility of infection and that's how it would be treated.  I am about to call their on-call. The swelling from last night is down, it's weird. I guess my only concern is the sutures, again had several erections during sleep, for the most part they are intact, but 2 loops have surfaced. I stopped taking the pain meds b/c they effected me adversely, (bad dreams, depression), so maybe if I was on them I'd think all was well, oh well. Thanks for the response, I am calling right after this.
