Premature Ejaculation is killing me.

Hi i'm a 32 yr old male with premature ejaculation problems. I have suffered for a long time and now its getting to much and controlling my life. I date many women but make excuses when it comes to having sex because i know whats going to happen and i don't want the embarrasment of letting it go after a 10 seconds or a minute or two and disaapointing the girl

Any adivse would be muchly appreciated?

well that's actually more common than you might think. With me it happens when I haven't had sex for a while. You get aroused and your getting ready to have sex and next thing you know you're felling like a fool for even going through with it. You have to find a girl that is ok with it. Once you start having sex more frequently, and believe me it HAS to be frequently you SHOULD start lasting longer. I've given the same advise to alot of my friends and it works  95% of the time. I went to 27 sec to over an hour without ejaculating. If my advice doesn't work you may have to get a prescription for ED (Erectile Dis function)  that's the bad news. The good news is, unless your body is producing low amounts of testosterone, it should work. :) let me know the results. Oh and you don't want to be jumping from girl to girl because if you get you're time up and you go looking for another girl that time it takes my put you back to the 10 sec again
