Problem with head of penis

I was with  a woman about three weeks ago.  After she got me off she rubbed the head of my penis where the urine comes out to hard.  It opened up the end slightly more.  Now when I have an erection it is slightly painful.  It also stems from when I was younger and I got a sexually transmitted disease.  The doctor inserted a swab to get a sample and it slightly opened up the end of my penis.  When she rubbed the tipp vigoursly she opened it up slightly more.  Now I'm afraid to have sex in fear that it will open up wider.  What are my options.  Will it close slightly on its own or do I have to elect to have surgery.  It's been about 4 weeks ago and it has gotten slightly better.  Any advice will be appreciated.

i've had two previous cases of gonnhrea infection in my early twenties and i have not had a problem since now that i am in my fourties and faithfully married.i have a hardness in the glans penis head around my urethra when my penis is in a flaccid state
and it kind of hurts some time more than others but definitely the presence is felt.i had an irritation on the head of my penis
when i was at the beach two months ago and it was really painful
and purple in color with lines all pointing to the urethra opening and subsided in two days.i recently had a painful ejactulation during intercourse.i have a circumsized penis
can there be any chance of cancer in or arround the urethra
or a parasitic infection? there is no discharge.the area of concern is not the tip or opening but like one centemiter back
in the urethra.

I'm having trouble picturing this. Do you mean it actually cut the opening of your urethra? It certainly wouldn't permanently stretch from just what you describe...

I think I'd suggest seeing a urologist to get this checked out.
