Redness and soreness around eye of penis

I've had full STD panels done about 5 bloods 14 urines few swabs, one just done last week all come back negative, this has been on going for the last 6 months, I get a weird ache in the tip feels like it's in the urethra at the very opening of meatus sometimes can get red around lips I've had the camera up there all looks normal
I've attached a photo to get some thoughts cheers.

Does "few swabs,  one just done last week ... c[a]me back negative" refer to getting tested for a yeast or fungal infection, like you said you were going to check with the doctor about in your last post?

Yeah sorry, I had the tests done for bacteria and yeast, all came back negative.
What did the doctor say when you said it had greatly improved when you were on an anti-fungal medication?
It has still to this day improved but still a slight feeling there that is irritating, when I mentioned to doctor she said we will do the tests and they will give me the answers.
