Prostate causes penis pain?

Hello... If I had prostatitis , which I've read can cause penis pain, where would I feel tho pain? At the base? The tip? Inside urethra? On skin around the outside of penis? Worried about std... Been tested for the usual four.. All negative. Also burning on occasion when I ejaculate.....

Had a good week with very mild symtoms , then today pain on outside of penis, and bad burning with ejaculation, but not when urinating... Would penis pain from prostate be inside or outside the penis?

You say that you've been tested for 4 STD's so that kind of rules that out. Were you checked for a yeast infection? Yes, men can get them too and it can cause a burning sensation.
Get on a high fiber diet to help with the constipation. Lots of green vegetables will hopefully help.

I read through your other posts. I do think it would be a good idea to have even more testing done. Especially your prostate.

Have you actually been diagnosed with this by a Dr? Are you also having burning during urination?
