Testicular Rash, Fateuge, floaters, depersonalizaiton, creaky joints, mental fog

Where to start.
Last 3 years: I have noticed myself being more tired than usual, having a lower sex drive than usual and also losing weight in my face (sunken cheeks). I was also generally more down, and I had some feelings of depression and anxiety.

Last 2.5 years: I noticed the above symptoms getting worse. I used to love hanging out with friends and carrying on an intelligent conversation. I now seem to keep more to myself and I generally feel strange in social situations, mainly because of my inability to follow conversations.

Last 1.5 years: All of the above symptoms have worsened. I am now very tired especially in the morning. It seems that when I wake up in the morning, I feel decent, however, as soon as I eat, I start to feel very tired. I have also noticed that if I use my protein supplement powder in my morning shake, my symptoms are worse. This also seems to be the case with sugars and caffeine, both of which seem to make me almost instantly tired to the point of passing out. I have given up caffeine completely thing that this might have had something to do with it. I have also noticed that when I go out and drink, during a night out, it seems that my symptoms are worsened days later. This is usually accompanied by a sore throat and nasal drainage/congestion.

Also developing in the 1.5 years are eye floaters, light sensitivity and halos. These have not seemed to have gotten any worse with time, but they are not getting any better.
My concentration has also suffered, and it is very difficult for me to maintain mental clarity. Solving simple problems now sometimes seem like a chore. I also now have more anxiety and bouts of depression which have really caused my relationships to suffer. I also find it very hard to deal with stress, where I used to be able to handle it with ease.
Other symptoms which I have noticed that seem to come and go, tingling of my skin, twitching of various muscles, itchiness and bumps in various places on my body. I have also had occasional numbness and limbs falling asleep. Popping and cracking joints which are noticeable when my symptoms are worse. Also in the last year, I have developed a reoccurring rash that forms on my scrotum and the very top of my intergluteal cleft. My old doctor said that this was a fungal infection and prescribed me Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide cream, which really helps, but the results are short lived.

One thing that seems to help is exercise, when I am able to do it. The sauna or anything that makes me sweat, seems to provide great temporary relief.

Formerly, I was living in an apartment that I knew to be contaminated with mold Aspergillus, but most of the doctors that I have been too have dispelled my symptoms as being mold or candida related. That being said, none have them have ever performed any mold/candida specific tests. I also don't really know which doctor to visit that might be able to help with this. It seems that there is very little knowledge of mold related illnesses in the medical community.

I have been tested for the following. Hepatitis A,B,C, HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Human Herpes Virus, Lyme disease, Arthritis titers, thyroid function, liver function, vitamins/electrolytes, Total blood count. All of these tests returned normal results.

I really just want to have my life back to normal, feeling young and alive, enjoying every day that I can.

I really appreciate any info that anyone might have.
Thanks.
