Prostate orgasms.

Sometime age I bought a helix. I feel it is helping me have good prostate health. But I have heard that it can also cause a man to have very intense and long prostate orgasms. But I have not found this to be true for me. I am not over weight and am in good shape.  So are there some men who simply do not have prostate orgasms?  I have thought about talking with my doctor about this, but am concerned he would  be offended or think me strange.  Also I would like to ask another question. Am I more likely to have a prostate orgasm if I have someone massage my prostate by the rubber glove on the finger the way a doctor does when he does a quick prostate check? Nothing happens when I have a yearly prostate check. But would something more likely happen if my prostate where massaged for longer period of time? Hope this is not too strange of a post. If it is, then please over look it.
