Does my Penis head look normal?

Hi there,
I have a tight foreskin and have recently been stretching it.
I could always see a bit of the 'meatus' but am recently able to see more and more.
I've noticed that the slit of my penis (meatus) looks a bit bumpy compared with the rest of the head. Does this look normal to you?
(i've taken the shot with flash so it's even more pronounced.)..
Pic is NSFW... thanks.

I do not see anything that looks particularly abnormal.  The little bumps are fairly common as long as there is no discharge or pain associated with them. Provided you are able to retract your foreskin and clean properly and regularly, I do not think there is anything for you to be concerned about.  (I work in patient care, but I am not an MD.)
