Two darker, thicker, shinier spots/patches on penis head.

Hello!
From several months, maybe year or more, I have two (one more smaller also) patches of skin that are slightly darker and I feel like slightly thicker than the normal skin. They also don't get wrinkled when the skin gets dry, but remain shiny. I could only relate them to being the skin, that healed, after it, getting too stretched from "hard" erection or maybe friction, and then it seems like a very thin layer is torn apart or something like that, but not sure at all. They doesn't seem to hurt, but I can recall that one of them could probably itch a little, but I'm not shure if it is the one, that itches. One more thing apart from that topic. When my penis erects, it seems like it erects unevenly, some parts seem to be more erected than others, but in full erection it is normal.
