Raised heartbeat and shaking

While masturbating my heartbeat increases drastically and my legs and hands start shaking. Is this normal?
If not what should I do?
What do I do for visible veins on the penis even if its not erect?
Please help!

It is probably normal.  What is your age?  Do you have any history of heart problems or neurological problems?  After you climax, does the shaking subside and your heart rate return to typical levels after a few minutes?  For visible veins on your penis, you do not need to do anything.  That is a completely normal, and relatively common, condition.

My age is 20. I have no heart related problems so far. My heartbeat increases as soon as I begin. But gets normal after around 1 min.
I masturbate around 4 times every week, is this fine or should I reduce the frequency?
