Rash on Penis Shaft
I'm a 19 year old and I have a red itchy rash on my penis shaft for the last few weeks. I suffer from eczema but never this severe for years. I have tried e45 which didn't really work but tried canesten which relieves the itch and slightly helped but yet to see any major changes to the rash. When I have just showered the rash seems to disappear slightly k when I stretch the skin.
