Rectal problems

sorry i wasnt sure where to post this:

I have been having this problem for close to a year now its unbareable. While releasing stool i feel a burn in my rectum, the stool is not hard... its rather soft. After applying water it slightly feels better, there is some leakage at random parts of the day. I am also constantly flatuating a very potent smell. I went to the doctors he told me it was fungal..... and i have tried every cream in the book... nothing has really worked..... i need help?!?

I would say that it is internal, not external. I would also say that the burn you are feeling could most likely be hemroids. It could be that you have an allergy to something that is causing the problem. Milk and dairy can be a big culprit when it comes to these type of problems. I would try a diet change first and then if you get no relief, I would see a gastroencronologist.

I have the same "burning" sensation along with itching and sometimes bleeding. I think its the rhoids. Anusol helps and so do those wipes you can buy. Google perianal and you
kind find lots of info.

I've had rectal bleeding for a few months. my stool is like balls the size of a quarter and there is bright red blood every time I go. I don't feel any pain or discomfort until the urgent feeling to have a bm comes on. I thought it was internal hemorrhoids  but the prescription the Dr gave me is not working. What else could it be.
