Crazy rash in groin with no cause olease help

I have a rash in my groin area. Ive had jock itch for a while now, but recently ive had intensely itchy rashes on my foreskin as well. The rash is made of small bumps and lines that swell when i scrath them, and they appear to be filled with pus. The rash appears for about a week, then disappears for a week. This cycle repeats itself. When the rash on penis appears, the outer ring of my jock itch gets inflamed as well. I have never had sex, nor have i had any sexual/intimate contact. Nobody in my family has stds. I am in my late teens. I am not overweight. I have considered scabies, but i see no mention of scabies having a cycle other than their two week incubation/hatch cycle. I have no other skin inflamation other than my groin. I have never been in extended contact with anyone. I dont share clothes, towels with anyone who has scabies. My dad has jock itch as well, but his has since healed. I wash with soap every night gently, then apply lotion to keep the inner thighs from going scaly and itchy. The soap is scented, but i dont feel like it makes me worse. The lotion is aveeno oatmeal formula, non scented. I am using several products for acne as directed by my dermatologist. Cerave foaming cleanser for face, aczone 7.5%, tazorac .05%. The itch is usually worse at night. I do shave my pubic hair. My pubic hair area gets itchy as well. There is no inflamation on my glans nor scrotum. When the rash goes away, i take care to continue washing and moisturizing the area but they soon appear again. The inflamation on the outrr areas of my jock itch looks like raised red rash. It doesnt fill with pus like the one on my foreskin. When the clean cycle comes, the penis rash disappears completely and the jock itch almost goes away as well. The itchyness feels hot and burns unbearably. I know i am not allergic to my soap and lotion. I dont apply any other skin product other than antipersirant under my arms. The jock itch came from playing sports. The creases on either side of my scrotum are not affected at all. I have eczema on my middle finger of my right hand. I would like to treat this myself if possible because i dont want to share this with my parents. Sorry for the length of these details. Please help me.
