Head of penis burning and urethra

I went out and got drunk because a good mate had died the day before. I drank to much and passed out in a park because I was unwell(im not a big drinker)  I woke to find a crossdresser sucking on my penis. I instantly freaked out and ran. About 10min after my penis started to burn and still is and it's been over a week.  I was check for std and HIV but all come back clear.  I also had 2x500mg of azithromycin witch stopped the burning for around 12hours. It's back to burning in my urethra and head off penis now?  What could this be??  I need help as I'm in a happy relationship and she is wondering why I don't want to have sex,  please help. I started using Carsten cream today and start a 5 day course of resprim forte. I hope this will get rid of it.  I have read many things about the same problem and no one can seem to get rid of it. Please help.  Any suggestions or has someone beat this before I am stressing out and losing sleep big time
