Red patches without pain on penis, one tender spot on crown.

For the past few years, almost every time after I masturbate I get red splotchy patches on the head of my penis, that sometimes last for days, and often they are followed by dry, scaly-looking patches as well. Again, this usually happens after masturbation, and I don't masturbate very often, maybe 3 times per week. Last time I masturbated I had a very sore area on the crown of my penis, only to the touch. The spot has maybe a tiny, pinhead sized bump that is quite red, but it has no discharge. The red "rash" is usually not itchy and never hurts, but this new thing hurts. I have been tested for HIV, Syphilis, and Herpes, and negative for all of them. What do I have? Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem. After i masturbate, the red area becomes more red and irritated. But if i wait a week or two, it gets scaly and it will then flake and began to peel. It is like a blotch on the right side of my penis. It has been 4 weeks that i've had this now.

I seem to have a similar disorder.  It has been awhile (a few months) after my last sexual contact that I developed the described red patches.  They are only irritated if rubbed excessively during the activity of masturbation; otherwise, they leave scaly patches, one on the right-hand side, the other less scaly, more tender as in description at the center base of the crown.  In addition, there is one abrasive spot in between the crotch and thigh that demonstrates a similar irritation.  I have tried an advanced healing lotion, which moisturizes and alleviates the scaliness, but does not remove the red irritation.
