Red sores along penis and ball sack, I am a virgin,

I am 15 and very active and hygenic. I started experiencing these sores about a month ago and have slowly been getting more since. I am not sexually active and bathe daily. They are sometimes itchy and rarely painful.

Just to add, there are about 8 and they range in size from 2mm to 1/4 inch and they are rarely painful but sometimes itch, I do masterbate maybe once every other day but have stopped on eve I realized the sores were getting worse. I have never had contact with anything and have been using hydrocortisone and anti bacterial cream with no effect. Please help me and give me a reply, I am really starting to get worried. Thank you.

If Hydrocortisone and anti-bacterial are not working, it could be fungal [jock itch] but surely does not seem like it. Jock itch is usually more area wide and not individual places. You'll need to see a medical person. Good luck and please report back.
Hi thanks for replying, from my knowledge jock itch looks more like a rash while these look like large bumps, however I want to go to the doctors as a last resort because as you can assume, this is quite embarrassing. They have stayed the same shape and size throughout the time I've had them, they do not worry me much because they aren't painful and rarely itch, so I thought I would continue using the cream and see what it's like in a month or so before telling my parent or doctor.
