Scroal discomfort ruining my life

Hi I'm 18 year old male and three months ago I began having these symptoms. Tingling and itching in the scrotum. Heaviness feeling and Sensitivity in the scrotum. Discomfort while sitting I cannot sit down for more than 30 minutes. When this first started my penile and scrotal skin were red and itchy. I went to the doctor and he said it was yeast. I used the cream clotrimazole for two weeks. Symptoms were still present so I went back. The redness was gone and he said the yeast wasn't there anymore but I told him I was still having symptoms. He didnt really have an answer. I ended up having a testicluar exam from a urologist and a ultrasound to be safe. Both were completely normal. He said that he thought my symptoms were from prostatitis and that the skin issue is different from the discomfort I have while sitting but I don't think that the fact that I had these symptoms at the same time as a yeast infection is a coincidence not to mention my skin is still flaky and itchy. It also get red and flaky after masturnation. Both the scrotum and the penis. I tried to explain this but they still seem to think it's fine. Help please I can barely go on a car ride without discomfort it's ruining my life.

Okay I took your advice and scheduled with a dermatologists. I'm really hoping it has to do with the skin and not the prostate. I had skin issues there when this started so it would make sense. Also I was wondering is it possible to have a fungus that doesn't show up red on the skin?

Hi,
You may need to consult a good dermatologist, it could be some skin infection other than yeast related. A swab test to find out actual organism causing the infection will be required for a permanent solution. Alternatively, it may be related to some allergy, eczema etc., which may require other line of treatments to control.
