Severe head pain when mastrubating

i am 26 and mastrubating for last 7 years...last week i had a severe head pain (back) when i mastrubate..
the pain starts from neck(back) and shoots till the top of the head (back)..i even have a pain in region connecting neck and shoulder...the head pain during the last minute of mastubation is intolerable..its like someone hitting me with a rod on my head..and this pain last for 10-15 minutes and slows down and have a minimal pain for next 1.5 days...
and after 2 days i tried mastrubating again but the pain (back side of neck, head and the shouler) started and its intolerabe when i am at the last minute of the mastubation and when i try to mastrubte faster...
i dont have any pain when i move head to touch my chest or move my head on left or right side..i dont feel pain by touching or pressing my head or neck...its a internal pain..
some said in other forum that it might be because of hypertension..so i checked my BP and it is 150/90...
is this a symptom of hyertension when mastrubating or having sex??
i am not married and have plan of marriage but this new problem put me on hold to maryy or not....

i dont have any habit of alcohol and i dont drintk...
i am pure vegeterian....

please advice...

Hi it started about three day ago this pain on the right side of my head as I am having sex. Just as I am reaching my peek,so is my pain in my head.the pain last about 5to20 second.I just come from the doctor, and the CT scan came back fine.what has me scared is that the pain dosnt go away.

hi, your bp is high and you should get it checked out anyway they may scan you too to rule out brain probs .it could be as simple as newdude says but dont hold off marrage because of it !

Maybe, sathkum, since masturbation can be such an exertion, your back and shoulder muscles are super-tense, possibly due to the arms-movements involved in masturbation... Because when you're doing that, you're feeling good, and you acn't feel your body the same way that you would otherwise (sex is a strange activity for this reason), and maybe just the repetitive motions and tenseness of muscles are leading to this back/shoulder pain, and since everything is connected anyways, this spreads to your head.  This seems very likely to me, but of course I'm not you.
