Short of Breath & Chest Pains

Hi, Im 21 years old and lately I have been finding myself short of breath. I regularly do sports and again lately after sports, I am out of breath. I consider myself to be reasonably fit and healthy; I am just concerned about my inability to breathe properly. I also have developed some sort of upper chest pain and an irritating couch. My chest feels tight and the couch affects my chest. Any ideas on what may be wrong with me would be great. Thanks
