Slight pain in penis when masturbating?

I’m a 24 year old white male, 5'9", 175 lbs, no current medical issues or medications. About a week and a half ago I spent the night with the girl I’ve been talking to for a few months now. We didn’t have sex, but from about 9PM to 4AM we alternated between dry humping and cuddling. We then slept 4AM to 7:30AM when she had to leave. I masturbated at around 8AM. During the dry humping/cuddling period I had either a full or partial erection.

Ever since that night, I’ve felt a mild pain in my penis whenever I masturbate. I don’t know how to describe it besides that. I have not had any issues peeing or getting an erection, the pain only occurs when I masturbate. I can’t see any discoloration or anything unusual on my penis or testicles. I have three theories about what’s going on, but I’m not sure about any of them:

1) Some kind of mild penis injury during the dry humping, since my penis was sometimes being bent and contorted in unusual ways. Since I don’t experience any pain getting an erection I think this is probably not the cause.

2) Blue balls from going such a long period of being sexually stimulated without the relief of an orgasm. I’ve read that blue balls causes pain in the testicles, and I’m fairly certain the slight pain I am experiencing is in my penis, so I’m thinking this probably isn’t the cause.

3) Some kind of minor tissue damage in my penis from being full or partially erect for 7 hours. I think this might be the most likely cause of the slight pain during masturbation, but like I said, I’m not sure.

Does anyone have a clue what this pain might be, and how I should go about recovering? Thanks.

Not sure, but I'd bet on your first theory. If you can go a couple of days without jerking off, see if that helps. I'm thinking you need to heal a bit from the inside of your penis. If it continues, of course, see a doctor. Please follow  up with us when you learn something.
