Slow stream and frequent urge to urinate. what could it be?


I am 22 yr old male.
I consume enough water. From the past 1 month i have
No urge to urinate in the morning hours.
Frequent urge to urinate after my dinner at night.
I dont sleep at nights at all. i sleep in the mornings.
i feel no pain, no irritation only a slight discomfort.
Slow stream, feeling of bladder being not empty.
I have been taking no medications.
what could it be?

It could be a urinary track infection. Even if you drink enough water you can still get them.
Can you get in to see your Dr soon? He/she will do a very easy test to see if this is the problem. If it is, then they'll prescribe medication to treat the infection.
