Softer glans(glands)-less sensitivity

Softer glans(glands)-less sensitivity

Dear Madam / Sir

I would like to ask You a brief question about a problem that I have been experiencing for the last two years. I am 26 years old. Most probably due to a prolonged erection 3 years ago I started experiencing some changes with my penis, more specifically:

1. Less blood flow to the glans (glands), which caused a certain loss of sensitivity and which I unfortunately feel during the day and is really uncomfortable.

2.Some hardening(maybe a mild case of Peyronies?) of the right Corpus cavernosum of the penis. For some unknown reason it tends to get worse when I ride a bike-therefore I have restrained myself from biking; and when I spend a longer time walking. I find there is a connection between the irritation of the frenulum-again, unexplainable to me- and the general blood flow to the glans (glands).
On the other hand it tends to feel better after waking up in the morning.

My main question is- what medication would you recommend for improving the blood flow to the glans (glands) and maybe solving the problem? Is L arginine, combined with vitamine B complex going to do any good and are there side effects of L-arginine?

Thank You so much for Your help!
