Symptoms of Prostatitis?

About 5 weeks ago I started experiencing pain in my left testicle, this was my only symptoms for about 5 days until I started having diarrhea and frequent urination. I went to the ER and my urine came back clean. I was told it was probably a form of flu. Later that day my testicles swelled up after I took Advil, I began having pain near the tip of my penis and my urine flow was very weak and it was somewhat hard to make the urine come out. I went back to the ER 3 days later, had an ultrasound done on my testicle and they didn't notice any problems. For about the next 3 weeks I was still having a weak urine flow and pain near the tip of my penis. All other symptoms started to go away. I felt much better this past week and had no symptoms but now my left testicle is stating to have a weak random pain again. Anyone know what this may be? I don't believe this could be an std?
