Takes me 30 Minutes to Clean Up

Hello. I have had hemorrhoids ever since I can remember. I’m 24 now, and I developed this mad insane obsession of wanting to make sure I clean up with baby wipes... all the way inside, deep in there till no more poop stains appeared on the baby wipes. I got so used to this over the past two years, inserting a finger deep inside with a baby wipe that now I’m exhausted just thinking about pooping. It takes me 30 minutes to keep clean. I hate being dirty, I don’t like a sticky or itchy bum after pooping so I clean as much as i can. Now i strain harder to poop and overall, I just want to make sure the pressure from my finger and the excessive straining isn’t damaging my guts inside.... this is dramatic but I know i need surgery for my hemorrhoids for sure.

It sounds like partly OCD, and hemorrhoids if your doctor says you really have them. I'd suggest you find an OCD therapist before you do your poor tired anus a major disservice. Baby wipes are not that kind to your internal lining of your colon, yes they clean your outer anus but putting them so far inside where the tissues are not used to having chemicals does not sound wise. Please talk to your doctor and please find an OCD specialist too, you do not want to be doing this for the next 50 or 60 years.
