Testicle Pain/abdominal pain, left side

I'm 28 years old, I'm in pretty good shape and I haven't lifted anything very heavy recently, however I'm getting a very sharp, extended pain in my left testicle that radiates into my abdomen. It seriously feels like I was kicked in the testicles and person who kicked me never took away their foot. It will hurt for an extended period of time before going away and then coming back. It is a sharp stabbing pain and it is causing a bit of grieve around the home and at work because when the pain starts it stops me in my tracks and I double over. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm starting to become very concerned about this.

Hi,
With such high degree of pain, do not delay to consult a urologist, it may be due to some testicular infection or torsion.
