Testicle pain for a year already

Hello, I am an international student studying in Bangkok, Thailand. One year ago I had an unprotected sexual intercourse and two months later started feeling pain and heaviness in my testicles. I went to the hospital and they found three STIs. After 5 months of the treatment process with several antibiotics I managed to get rid off the infections. However, I still feel pain in testicles and I have no idea what to do. I went to many different hospitals, but all of them couldn't find anything wrong with my testicles and, thus, were prescribing unnecessary medical items that didn't help me at all. I usually feel heaviness and cold temperature in both of my testicles as well as minor pain in my penis during urination. I checked myself for HIV, prostatitis, many other STIs and STDs, but every time it was negative. It's been already a year since I started feeling the pain. What kind of medicine should I take now if I simply have pain in testicles?

I actually assume its opposite and the blood flow is decreasing every day. I used to have the pain and still have erection during sex, now I started having broblems with my erection. Plus, every time I touch my testicles I feel they're cold, whic really scares me. Have no idea what to do!

it shouldnt be that much, i dont have problems with it at all... and ive also heard by reading, that increased bloodflow, can also cause that, but i dont have that problem. you could have the same, feel of them. do they feel like they have big long lines on the outside of them? he told me thats the increased bloodflow. so if you feel those. then thats the case, even the smallest line could be it... goodluck! ill check back and comment back if needed.

You can be correct. But recently I realized that I started having problems with my erection as well. I mean my penis is alright and it does get up when needed, but then eventually quickly falls. Before, I never had that problem, but I think thats because of the pain and cold temperature in my testicles. If I also have cyst, how bad is the affect of it on my erection?

i have pain also...but nothing from what your saying... i just went to the doctor and they told me its just a cyst... 3 to  be exact. and increased blood flow..... but you really should get more testing done.(not to scare you) but heaviness is a sign of cancer.. but pain isnt.... cancer normally is painless... so id get more tests done.. but yeah... its probably nothing.. mine hurt all the time, lol.
