The tip of my urethra is swollen up?

Right, umm well to give you a background, i'm 15 and i'm male. I masturbate alot, like seriously - alot.

Well what i have noticed is, the tip of my urethra, well i think it's the urethra? It's like the line where your urine comes out of right? On the penius?

Well basically, what's happened is that it's swollen up, it's been gradually swelling up, but it was quite swollen lately, so i decided to stop masturbating. The swelling, has gone down a little, but theres also some there, there's no discomfort in going to the toilet.

Should i continue to stop masturbating? I've done 2 weeks so far...My aim for 40 days but i heard that people who don't masturbate - the semen builds up.

Is the swelling caused by masturbating too much?
