Tingling pain but no std

I received unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. 3-4 days later i had a yellow discharge coming from my penis. I went to the GUM clinic and was given treatment for gonnorhea and chlamydia. However i later got results that said i was negative for stds.
The discharge soon cleared up but nearly 3 weeks later i am still geting a tingling at the tip of my penis and it sometimes feels cold. Also tends to sting a little after a shower even though i only wash penis with water. There are no obvious lesions so what could it be?

It's almost certainly psychosomatic.  The "burning" feeling from std's doesn't feel like a "tingling" - it feels like you're urine is on fire.  If you're really worried about it, you can see a doctor, but he'll almost certainly tell you that it's just nerves on your part.
