Pains around coccyx and in the groin area left side

I have chronic pain around coccyx and in the groin area left side since 2008. I must say that the urologist, I have visited so far  were not able to determine the underlying cause of my problem. A urologist said I have Prostatitis where another one diagnosed me with Pudendal Nerve Entrapment symptoms. The others didnt make except anything to prescribe me antibiotics. I dont take any medical treatment since few years and any drug. I think my pains are neurotic origin cause by nerve damage around coccyx area and I want to consult expert neuro surgeon or so. What I need in my situation the right diagnosis which is missing in my case I think. Get anyone suggest me where to apply to get started towards the diagnosis and treatment?
